Bute parks alliance invites you to join them for a MAD HATTER”S TEA PARTY if you care about Bute Park and the citys green spaces!!
Outside City Hall
3.30, September 24
Wear something bright and colourful, bring a hat and umbrella, and a whistle, drum, cymbals....
Get the council to wake up to the fact that Cardiff’s green space is too precious to trash with development.
What’s happening to the city’s green spaces is a microcosm of what’s happening to the planet – and the madness has to stop.

Welsh conservation advice
The Welsh Assembly Government has published new planning guidance on how local planning authorities can allow for continued development while protecting the natural heritage of Wales.
Technical Advice Notice 5 (TAN 5) gives revised guidance on the conservation of internationally and nationally designated sites and habitats. It also addresses the conservation of protected species.
